Bobby Shmurda is a rapper and songwriter famous for a few of his great hits. Born Ackquille Jean Pollard in 1994 in Florida, he had to face various kinds of difficulties and troubles since his early childhood. Raised by his single mom, Pollard used to be involved in many kinds of criminal activities, like most modern hip-hop singers. His first hit came out in mid-2014 and was titled “Hot Nigga” which was released together with a great cover of the song “Knuck If You Buck“. His first songs were noticed by such stars and Drake, Jay Z, and Beyonce, so later in the decade, he got the necessary support to release his first solo album which hasn’t come out yet (as of early 2021) due to constant problems of Bobby Shmurda with law. Between his times in jail, he collaborates with such stars as 6is9ine, Rowdy Rebel, and other stars. He currently resides in New York City and works on creating his new songs. He is considered to be one of the founders of so-called Brooklyn drill hip hop.
